Saturday Mass cancelled - 2/6/10
After about five winters of barely eking out a snowflake, we now have our third Saturday in eight weeks and second Saturday in a row with major snowstorms. As we know from our close watch on Haiti, it could be a lot worse! Given this latest snowfall, we are cancelling Mass for today, Saturday, February 6th. We are postponing the celebration of First Reconciliation with our second-graders until next Saturday, February 13, 3:45 p.m.
With the sunny forecast for tomorrow, Sunday, February 7, we do plan on celebrating Mass at 4:00 P.M.
The parking lot will be plowed. But, as in the past, we could use a few people to please help shovel sidewalks in the afternoon. BYOS!
The annual volunteer appreciation breakfast, originally scheduled for tomorrow, has, however, been re-scheduled for Sunday, February 28, 8 to 10 A.M.
Peace to all and prayers for our safety. Please do come to Mass tomorrow, but only, of course, if you feel that it is safe for you to do so.

Volunteer Breakfast - Rescheduled
Given the weather forecast, we are postponing our annual volunteer appreciation breakfast that was scheduled for Sunday, February 7. Please mark your calendars to come for breakfast at Resurrection on Sunday, February 28, between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m.
Thanks to pastoral council chairman Mark Koch and to all the members of the parish pastoral council for providing this treat to the parish. And thanks to the hundreds of parish members who volunteer in so many ways. Again, please do plan on coming on this new date of 2/28.
