Committee Chairpersons and Volunteers!

During the past fiscal year, there have been a few instances in which committee volunteers have made purchases for the benefit of the committee in which they work but without the permission of the committee chairperson. This puts the chairperson at a disadvantage since he/she is responsible for the committee's budget. The Finance Council asks that all purchases be first approved by the committee chairperson.
